Birthday Cupcakes!

So I wanted to make some delish cupcakes for my friends 18th Birthday, so i decided to make Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cupcakes!I made the batter from scratch but the recipe calls for yellow cake mix, so its up to you! I topped them with homemade chocolate buttercream icing and white chocolate shavings! They were a hit and very yummy!
